Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert customer support to Dutch-speaking clients in the automotive industry through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.

• Effectively resolve customer complaints and issues, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions within our CRM system.

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
