This exciting opportunity allows you to immerse yourself in a vibrant culture while supporting our Dutch-speaking clients in the iGaming sector. You will play a vital role in ensuring that our customers receive the best service possible.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer support to Dutch/Flemish-speaking clients through various channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to account issues, game assistance, promotional offers, and technical support.
• Handle and resolve customer complaints effectively, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
• Keep detailed records of customer interactions and update the CRM system as needed.
• Work closely with other teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
• Remain knowledgeable about current gaming regulations, industry trends, and company offerings.

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch or Flemish (both verbal and written) is required; proficiency in English is a strong advantage.
• Experience in customer support, especially in the iGaming or related fields, is preferred.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively connect with diverse customers.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
• Familiarity with online gaming products and an understanding of customer behavior is beneficial.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple customer inquiries simultaneously.
• Must be willing to relocate to Greece for this position.
