Your Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound sales inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Provide prospective customers with information about our products and services.
• Identify client needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements.
• Close sales and achieve monthly targets.
• Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize sales processes and improve customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch (written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
• Previous experience in inbound sales or customer service is highly preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Ability to work well in a hybrid environment, managing your time effectively.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and digital communication tools.
• Results-driven with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Willingness to live in Sofia, Bulgaria, and embrace the local culture.
