Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outreach to Dutch-speaking prospects through phone calls and email to generate leads.
• Effectively communicate the advantages of our services and schedule appointments for the sales team.
• Follow up with leads to build relationships and confirm scheduled appointments.
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions and appointments in the CRM system.
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless transitions from appointment setting to sales discussions.
• Offer feedback regarding lead quality and suggest improvements in the appointment-setting process.
• Keep abreast of industry developments and company offerings to engage prospects effectively.

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is an asset.
• Previous experience in appointment setting, lead generation, or a customer service role is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a persuasive approach.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail when managing leads and appointments.
• Ability to utilize CRM software and standard office applications efficiently.
• A proactive self-starter with a positive attitude and strong team player mentality.
