Your Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding support to Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat communications.
• Assist customers with inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide relevant information regarding our services.
• Document customer interactions accurately for effective follow-up and service improvement.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience.
• Participate in training sessions to improve your knowledge and skills.

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch is essential; proficiency in English is an advantage. Your nationality and native language should be clearly stated.
• A strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Prior experience in a customer support role is preferred but not mandatory.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving capabilities.
• A team player with a positive and proactive attitude.
