As a Dutch Speaking Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their inquiries, resolving issues, and helping them navigate our services effectively. Your fluency in Dutch will be vital in delivering high-quality customer support and contributing to an excellent client experience.

Responsibilities

• Support Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat with inquiries and concerns
• Provide solutions and assist clients with our products and services
• Accurately document customer interactions in our CRM system
• Work collaboratively with team members to resolve complex customer inquiries
• Educate customers on best practices for utilizing our services
• Collect customer feedback to inform service improvements
• Participate in training sessions to stay updated on products and policies

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and verbal
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills
• Experience in customer service or a related field is advantageous
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• A positive attitude and ability to work well in a team environment
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities
• Willingness to relocate to Greece and adapt to a new cultural environment
