This unique role allows you to combine your customer service expertise with recruitment efforts, all while working remotely from the beautiful landscapes of Greece.

Your Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding customer service to Dutch-speaking clients, addressing inquiries and ensuring satisfaction.
• Conduct recruitment activities by sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding potential candidates.
• Develop a strong understanding of client needs to connect them with the right talent effectively.
• Manage customer interactions through various channels, including phone, email, and chat, while maintaining a positive demeanor.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and find suitable candidates.
• Document customer inquiries and recruitment processes accurately in our CRM system.
• Stay updated on industry best practices in both customer service and recruitment to enhance your skills and contributions.

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential; English proficiency is a plus.
• Experience in customer service and recruitment is highly valued.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers and candidates alike.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
