This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about the automotive industry and are committed to delivering outstanding customer service. As a customer service representative, you will engage with customers in Dutch, providing them with the support and information they need regarding commercial vehicles.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries related to commercial vehicles, including product specifications, pricing, and availability via phone, email, and chat in Dutch.
• Assist customers with order placements, service requests, and any issues they may encounter.
• Provide detailed information about financing options, warranty details, and maintenance services.
• Resolve customer complaints with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention.
• Document all interactions accurately in the CRM system for future reference.
• Collaborate with sales and technical teams to ensure seamless communication and service delivery to clients.
• Stay informed about product updates and industry trends to better assist customers.

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English or Greek is a plus.
• Prior experience in customer service, preferably in the automotive or commercial vehicle sector.
• Excellent communication skills and a strong customer-oriented approach.
• Ability to solve problems effectively and handle customer inquiries professionally.
• Strong multitasking abilities and the capacity to manage multiple inquiries at once.
• Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer applications.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
