Dutch Speaking Customer Service for Health & Wellness Products Department

Mercier Consultancy is looking for a Dutch Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our Health & Wellness Products Department. In this vital role, you will provide exceptional support to our Dutch-speaking customers, helping them with inquiries related to our range of health and wellness products.

Your fluency in Dutch will enable you to assist clients effectively, addressing their questions, guiding them through product options, and resolving any issues they may encounter. As a key player in our team, your contributions will directly impact customer satisfaction and support our mission of promoting health and wellness.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality customer service in Dutch through phone, email, and chat regarding health and wellness products
• Assist customers with inquiries about product information, usage guidance, and order status
• Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions to enhance customer experience
• Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
• Collaborate with inventory and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
• Collect and relay customer feedback to help improve our product offerings and services
• Stay informed about industry trends and developments in health and wellness

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving capabilities
• Prior experience in customer service, particularly in the health and wellness industry, is preferred
• Ability to manage multiple inquiries efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Passion for health and wellness, with a desire to help customers make informed choices
• Experience with customer support software and CRM systems is advantageous
