Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to offer an opportunity for Dutch Speaking Customer Service Representatives for a leading HealthTech Company, with the flexibility to work remotely from Greece. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about healthcare technology and customer service. As a member of our dedicated team, you will assist customers in navigating their inquiries related to health technology products and services while communicating effectively in Dutch.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer inquiries related to health technology products, services, and functionalities via phone, email, and chat in Dutch.
- Provide comprehensive information on product features, usage guidelines, and troubleshooting.
- Assist customers with account-related questions and technical support as necessary.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system for effective follow-up.
- Collaborate with technical teams to provide timely feedback and improve customer experiences.
- Stay updated on new product developments and healthcare industry trends to offer informed support.
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Experience in customer service, preferably within the healthcare or technology sectors.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-driven mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple inquiries and prioritize effectively in a remote setting.
- Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools is desirable.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
