This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about logistics, efficiency, and providing excellent customer care. As a representative, you will assist customers with their inquiries while delivering exceptional service in Dutch.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries related to logistics services, shipping details, and tracking information through phone, email, and live chat in Dutch.
• Provide information on service options, delivery timelines, and pricing structures.
• Assist customers with claims, issues, and resolutions related to shipments and deliveries.
• Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system for tracking and follow-up purposes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate service delivery to customers.
• Stay informed about logistics trends and company updates to provide relevant information to clients.

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the logistics or courier industry.
• Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to effectively troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and logistics software is advantageous.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
