Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service in Dutch via phone, email, and chat regarding our online streaming services
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions to enhance user experience
• Guide customers through subscription processes, content inquiries, and account settings
• Document customer interactions thoroughly in our CRM system
• Collaborate with technical support and content teams to resolve complex customer inquiries
• Gather and relay customer feedback to improve our service offerings
• Stay informed about current trends in online streaming and updates to our platform

Requirements

• Fluency in both Dutch and English, with excellent communication skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach
• Previous experience in customer service, especially in the streaming or entertainment industry, is preferred
• Ability to manage multiple inquiries and prioritize tasks effectively
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Passion for online streaming and a commitment to providing a superior customer experience
• Experience with customer support software and CRM systems is advantageous
