You will be the voice of the brand, assisting customers in Dutch and ensuring they have a delightful experience with our premium products.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries regarding premium appliances, including product features, warranty issues, and troubleshooting, via phone, email, and chat in Dutch.
• Provide expert advice and assistance to customers, enhancing their understanding of product usage and maintenance.
• Resolve customer complaints and technical problems efficiently, ensuring satisfaction.
• Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system for future reference.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve service processes and address recurring issues.
• Stay updated on new product launches, features, and industry trends to provide informed support.

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
• Experience in customer service, preferably in the appliance or retail industry.
• Excellent communication skills with a warm and engaging demeanor.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a focus on customer satisfaction.
• A genuine interest in high-quality appliances and technology.
• Proficient in using customer service software and CRM tools.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if needed.
