Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer inquiries regarding tech products, services, and troubleshooting via phone, email, and chat in Dutch.
  • Provide support for product setup, usage, and ongoing maintenance.
  • Educate customers about features, updates, and best practices for optimizing their tech experience.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently and professionally.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to provide comprehensive solutions to customer problems.
  • Stay informed on the latest tech industry developments and product offerings to assist customers effectively.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is advantageous.
  • Previous experience in customer service, especially within the tech industry, is preferred.
