This position is tailored for individuals who possess a passion for technology and a dedication to providing exceptional customer support. In this role, you will help customers navigate their inquiries and resolve issues efficiently, all while communicating in Dutch.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries regarding tech products and services via phone, email, and live chat in Dutch.
• Provide assistance with product installation, troubleshooting, and usage instructions.
• Educate customers about features, updates, and promotional offers.
• Resolve customer complaints and technical issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
• Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with technical teams to address customer concerns and improve service delivery.
• Stay informed about the latest technology trends and product offerings to provide informed support.

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
• Prior experience in customer service, particularly in the tech industry, is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and a strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple inquiries concurrently.
• Familiarity with customer service software and CRM applications.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if required.
