In this position, you will assist clients in Dutch, addressing their telecommunications inquiries and providing top-notch support.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries about telecommunications products, services, and promotions through phone, email, and live chat in Dutch.
• Assist customers with account management, billing questions, and service configurations.
• Resolve customer complaints and technical issues efficiently, ensuring a positive experience.
• Document all interactions accurately in the CRM system for tracking and analysis.
• Collaborate with team members to stay updated on new products and ensure service excellence.
• Provide feedback to the management team to improve customer service processes and policies.

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is required; knowledge of English is beneficial.
• Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the telecommunications sector, is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, emphasizing a customer-first approach.
• Ability to effectively troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Strong organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple inquiries concurrently.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and customer service software.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece and work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
