Dutch Speaking Customer Service for Veterinary Services Department

Mercier Consultancy is seeking a passionate Dutch Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our Veterinary Services Department. In this rewarding role, you will provide exceptional support to our Dutch-speaking clients, assisting them with inquiries related to veterinary services and ensuring the well-being of their beloved pets.

Your fluency in Dutch will be essential as you communicate with pet owners, providing them with information about services, appointment scheduling, and responding to their concerns in a compassionate manner. As a vital member of our team, you will contribute to a positive experience for our clients and their pets.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service in Dutch via phone, email, and chat regarding veterinary services
• Assist clients with inquiries about pet health, available services, and appointment bookings
• Provide information and support on pet care and treatment options
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system
• Work collaboratively with veterinarians and staff to address customer needs
• Gather and relay feedback from clients to help improve our services
• Stay informed about trends and developments in veterinary care

Requirements

• Fluent in Dutch and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong customer service orientation and compassionate approach
• Experience in customer service, preferably in veterinary or healthcare settings, is beneficial
• Ability to manage multiple inquiries and prioritize tasks effectively
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Genuine passion for animals and commitment to helping pet owners
• Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is an advantage
