As a Dutch Speaking End User Support Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting our Dutch-speaking clients with their technical queries and support needs. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring that our clients receive timely and effective solutions, fostering a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for Dutch-speaking end users through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues reported by clients efficiently.
• Provide clear guidance and support on product features and usage.
• Document all support requests and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance support processes and customer service delivery.
• Participate in training programs to continually develop product knowledge and technical skills.

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential. Your nationality and native language should be clearly stated.
• Previous experience in customer service or technical support is advantageous.
• Strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Excellent communication skills, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
