Dutch Speaking Tier 1 Support Agent

As a Tier 1 Support Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our Dutch-speaking customers, assisting them with their inquiries and resolving any technical issues they might face. Your proactive and customer-oriented approach will be essential in ensuring a delightful experience for our clients.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional support to Dutch-speaking customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Guide customers in understanding product features and functionalities effectively.
• Accurately document customer interactions and technical resolutions within our support system.
• Collaborate with team members to escalate and resolve complex customer issues.
• Participate in ongoing training to maintain expertise in products and services.

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch (both spoken and written) is essential. Your native language and nationality should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, focused on customer satisfaction.
• Prior experience in customer service or technical support is advantageous.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced working environment, managing multiple tasks effectively.
• A genuine interest in technology and a willingness to learn.
• Strong team collaboration skills and a positive attitude toward helping others.
