We’re hiring a Mid-Senior Software Engineer (Full Stack) to own and evolve our e-commerce platform. This is a domain-heavy role where you’ll build business-critical capabilities end-to-end—from product discovery to checkout to post-purchase workflows—while integrating with our app team and ERP systems.

Responsibilities:
Build and maintain end-to-end features across backend and frontend (design → implementation → release → support).Develop and extend Sylius/Symfony modules with strong domain modeling, correctness, and maintainability.Build and maintain Vue-based UI components and front-end architecture.Design and maintain APIs used by: Native mobile apps (Android/iOS) and the app engineering team; E-commerce operations systems (e.g., Odoo); Internal services as neededImprove search and product discovery via Elasticsearch (relevance, performance, indexing workflows).Own quality: write and maintain tests, validate edge cases, and keep integration contracts reliable.Troubleshoot production issues when needed, identify root causes, and reduce recurring incidents.
Requirements:
2+ years shipping production web systems end-to-end.Solid backend fundamentals in PHP with modern framework (Symfony, Laravel or similar); Sylius experience is highly valued.Practical frontend experience with Typescript and Vue 3 (component architecture, real-world UI delivery).Strong working knowledge of MySQL or similar (schema design, query performance).Hands-on experience using ElasticSearch in real products.Own quality end-to-end: implement automated tests (unit/integration/API; e2e are widely adopted), and verify changes before release.High autonomy: you proactively clarify requirements, propose solutions, and drive delivery with stakeholders.Strong English communication (spoken and written). Cantonese is a plus.
Nice to have:
Experience working with ERP platforms (especially e-commerce operations workflows and understanding finance/accounting requirements).Experience working within a retail or e-commerce business environment (domain knowledge of inventory, promotions, logistics, etc.).Mobile-facing API design experience (versioning, backward compatibility, performance).Experience with AWS and production observability (logging/metrics/tracing).Experience designing reliable systems, combined with effective use of AI coding agents to speed up development without compromising code quality or maintainability.
