E-Commerce Specialist (Marketplace Moderator) -WFH/Dayshift

As our E-Commerce Specialist, you'll be taking the lead in managing and enhancing our client's online stores and marketplace presence on platforms like Shopify, Amazon, eBay, Lazada, and others. Here’s what you’ll be responsible for:

Marketplace & Store Management

• Oversee daily e-commerce operations across Shopify and multiple marketplaces.
• Maintain accurate product listings, pricing, and inventory.
• Monitor marketplace compliance and resolve listing or policy issues to keep accounts in good standing.
• Ensure the Shopify store is fully functional, updated, and optimized for conversions.
  

Order & Customer Management

• Process and track customer orders across all platforms.
• Coordinate with logistics and suppliers to ensure timely, accurate delivery.
• Handle customer inquiries, returns, and issues with professionalism to maintain excellent satisfaction.
  

Marketing & Growth Support

• Support marketing initiatives including campaigns, SEO-optimized content, and promotions.
• Manage and coordinate influencer and affiliate marketing activities.
• Assist in improving the digital customer journey and overall store performance.
  

Data & Performance Analysis

• Analyze sales trends, customer behavior, and marketplace performance.
• Recommend improvements to listings, pricing, marketing, and user experience.
• Prepare regular reports and collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, design, logistics, IT).

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Ecommerce, or a related field (required).
• Minimum 3+ years of proven experience managing ecommerce operations across Shopify and major marketplaces (Amazon, eBay, Lazada, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of order management, online merchandising, and ecommerce best practices, including SEO for ecommerce and conversion optimization.
• Experience in supporting end-to-end marketing campaigns, content creation, and enhancing digital customer journeys.
• High proficiency in Shopify (including Shopify 2.0), marketplace seller dashboards, and third-party integrations.
• Skilled in using data analytics tools, reporting dashboards, and Microsoft Office Suite to track performance and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Knowledge of digital marketing channels (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, email automation) is highly advantageous.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate across departments (marketing, logistics, design, and IT) to deliver results-driven ecommerce solutions.

Highly Advantageous

• Familiarity with digital marketing platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and email automation.
• A solid background in drop-shipment fulfillment and setting up marketplaces.
• Practical experience in managing affiliate marketing and influencer campaigns.
