In this role, you will play a crucial part in defining and delivering market-leading functionality that empowers organizations to effectively engage with their supporters and donors. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure that new product features meet customer needs and enhance user experiences. Your ability to advocate for clients will help bridge the gap between user requirements and technical solutions, allowing our partner to achieve significant impacts in the fundraising and engagement sectors.

Accountabilities

Closely collaborate and engage with product leadership and stakeholders to define and prioritize a roadmap that delivers value for existing users.

Identify and negotiate minimum viable product solutions that provide the highest value to current and prospective customers.

Be a positive voice and evangelist for the company's products and services.

Advocate for customer needs across the organization.

Translate domain knowledge, client goals and customer needs into effective user stories.

Define the who, what, and why of new features and write detailed requirements with clear acceptance criteria.

Recognize and manage problems quickly and efficiently, making necessary tradeoffs to keep progress moving.

Communicate needs and priorities effectively to the team.

Requirements

3-5+ years of experience in software product management within an Agile environment preferred.

Familiarity with fundraising, compliance, engagement, and organizing programs and software.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to balance business objectives and customer needs.

Expertise in using donor and related systems of record to drive outcomes.
