Electrical Construction Project Management Intern

Titan Electric | Internship

Titan Electric is seeking a Construction Project Management Intern who wants real-world experience working on commercial electrical construction projects. This internship provides hands-on exposure to how projects are estimated, coordinated, and delivered from preconstruction through close-out.

You will work directly with Project Managers, Estimators, and Executive Leadership, gaining practical experience supporting the operations behind large-scale commercial construction projects.

This role is ideal for students pursuing Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field who want to build a career in the construction industry.

What You’ll Do

Support Active Construction Projects

• Assist Project Managers and Senior Project Managers with project coordination and documentation

• Help prepare project correspondence, schedules, and internal tracking documents

• Maintain organized project files and documentation records

Assist with Estimating & Bidding

• Download and organize bid materials including drawings, specifications, and addendums

• Support the estimating team with electrical counts and bid preparation

• Maintain estimating folders and documentation during the bidding process

Manage Project Documentation

• Assist with preparation of submittals, RFIs, and transmittals

• Organize incoming project documentation from vendors and customers

• Help prepare project closeout materials including warranty letters, panel schedules, and O&M manuals

Work with Industry Software

• Use Microsoft Word, Excel, and Bluebeam daily

• Learn electronic bidding platforms such as BuildingConnected and iSqFt

• Gain exposure to Titan Electric’s project management systems and processes
