Electrical Duty Engineer

This role plays an essential part in delivering refined service within our luxury environment. The Electrical Duty Engineer supports daily operations with precision and care, ensuring all electrical systems meet elevated standards of safety, performance, and reliability. Qualifications

Qualifications:

Essential:

• HNC/HND in Electrical Engineering or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role within a luxury hospitality or high-end commercial environment
• Valid electrical qualification (e.g., 18th Edition Wiring Regulations)
• Proven experience in maintaining and troubleshooting complex electrical systems
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Proficiency in using building management systems (BMS)
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to electrical work

Desirable:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
• Experience with energy management and conservation techniques
• Familiarity with smart building technologies
• Additional trade qualifications (e.g., plumbing, HVAC)
• Experience in project management and team leadership
• Knowledge of AutoCAD or similar design software
• First Aid certification
