Email Marketing Specialist

At Arc’teryx, we create products and experiences built to perform. We’re looking for an Email Marketing Specialist to own our email channel end-to-end, delivering thoughtful, data-led communications that build strong customer relationships and drive sustainable growth.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Own the email channel, including campaigns and automations
• Plan and manage the email campaign calendar
• Build campaigns end-to-end (copy, design adaptation, Klaviyo build)
• Segment audiences and personalise customer experiences
• Execute A/B testing and apply insights to optimise performance
• Manage scheduling, deployment, QA, and reporting
• Develop and optimise lifecycle automations
• Track weekly and monthly KPIs and support annual targets
• Maintain channel health, deliverability, and list quality
• Ensure compliance with privacy, anti-spam, and brand standards
• Optimise on-site email capture to support list growth

You’ll Thrive Here If You Have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, eCommerce, or similar
• 2+ years’ experience in email marketing within retail or eCommerce
• Hands-on experience with email platforms (Klaviyo preferred)
• Strong copywriting skills with attention to detail
• Confidence working with data, segmentation, and performance insights
• Basic design capability for email layouts
• Understanding of deliverability and compliance best practices
• Strong organisation, collaboration, and commercial awareness
• Interest in outdoor sports, performance apparel, and the Arc’teryx brand
