Email Marketing & WordPress Assistant

About the Role We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant who loves both marketing and design — someone who enjoys making things look good and work smoothly. This is an easy, well-paced role where you’ll mainly help with two things:  Sending out polished, professional email campaigns, and  Keeping an existing WordPress website updated and running beautifully. If you’re someone who likes organized work, enjoys Canva and email tools, and knows your way around WordPress — this will be a fun and steady role for you! What You’ll Do Email Marketing Support Build, schedule, and optimize email campaigns (newsletters, promotions, updates). Check links, images, and formatting before every send — simple QA work. Keep subscriber lists neat and organized for future campaigns. Review reports and suggest small ways to improve performance. Work directly with the founder to turn ideas into ready-to-send emails. Help with light admin tasks (formatting docs, updating links, managing follow-ups). WordPress & Website Support Update and customize an existing WordPress template — no building from scratch! Improve layout, design, and basic functionality (easy tweaks, no heavy coding). Ensure the site looks great on mobile and loads fast. Coordinate with the founder to apply content and branding updates. Keep simple backups and version notes when changes are made.
