We’re strengthening our Global Sales Team and looking for an experienced Embedded Senior Sales Executive, Aerospace & Defence to help us grow our presence in some of the most demanding and mission-critical markets in the world.

About the Role

As Embedded Senior Sales Executive, Aerospace & Defence, you will lead Tuxera’s expansion across global aerospace and defence markets, with a primary focus on Europe and the United States.

You are a self-driven, results-oriented sales professional who thrives in complex, long-cycle B2B environments. You enjoy working at the intersection of advanced embedded technology, regulatory requirements, and strategic customer relationships.

Your mission is to open new opportunities and build long-term partnerships with OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, and system integrators, positioning Tuxera’s embedded data management solutions for high-reliability and safety-critical systems.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Develop and execute sales strategies for aerospace and defence accounts across Europe and the US
  • Own the full sales cycle, from opportunity identification and qualification through bidding, negotiation, and close
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, system integrators, and key technical stakeholders
  • Work closely with global engineering teams to scope, position, and quote complex embedded software solutions
  • Share customer feedback, market intelligence, and competitive insights to support business and product strategy

What You Bring

  • 8+ years of experience in aerospace, defence, or advanced technology sales in international markets
  • Proven success winning business with major primes, OEMs, or Tier-1 suppliers
  • Strong understanding of aerospace and defence ecosystems, including supplier networks and industrial clusters
  • Background in embedded systems, software, or complex technology solutions (experience with composites or materials is a plus, but not required)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, from technical teams to senior executives
  • Ability to operate independently while collaborating effectively within a global, cross-functional team
