We are looking for an experienced Employee Benefits Specialist with 4–8 years of hands-on experience in India benefits administration. This role involves end-to-end ownership of employee benefits operations, strong stakeholder and vendor management, and active employee engagement. The ideal candidate brings deep functional expertise, excellent communication skills, and the confidence to independently manage benefits programs in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

1. Benefits Administration

  • Manage end-to-end administration of employee benefits, including NPS enrollments, advances, and reimbursements.
  • Oversee health and insurance enrollments, claims processing, renewals, and issue resolution.
  • Administer employee meal and fuel card programs.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and internal benefits policies.
  • Validate benefits-related payroll deductions and work closely with payroll teams on cut-offs and accuracy.

2. Vendor & Stakeholder Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for benefits vendors and service providers.
  • Manage vendor invoicing, reconciliation, and timely resolution of discrepancies.
  • Partner with internal HR, Finance, and Payroll teams to address employee queries and operational issues.

3. Employee Engagement & Communication

  • Lead benefits onboarding sessions for new employees with clear and comprehensive explanations.
  • Conduct monthly employee forums to address questions, share updates, and improve benefits awareness.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor for employees on benefits-related matters.

4. Systems & Tools

  • Manage benefits operations using platforms such as Workday and ServiceNow (mandatory).
  • Use system reports and dashboards to track benefits usage, performance, and improvement opportunities.
  • Exposure to Darwin is an added advantage.

5. Work Environment & Shift Support

  • Support employees across time zones by working in a 24x7 shift environment.
  • Work from the office to ensure close coordination with stakeholders and vendors.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience: 4–8 years of direct experience in India employee benefits administration.
  • Tools: Strong working knowledge of Workday and ServiceNow (mandatory); Darwin is a plus.
  • Communication: Native-level proficiency in English with excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to manage multiple internal and external stakeholders effectively.
  • Personality: Confident, professional, and comfortable leading discussions and employee sessions independently.
