End Point Management/Intune Engineer

Summary:

Engineer’s role is to ensure the installation/configuration, operation, and maintenance of end points in terms of security, stability and efficient operation that support core organizational functions.. The Cloud Engineer will apply proven communication, analytical and problem-solving skills to help identify, communicate, and resolve issues to maximize the benefit of IT systems infrastructure. The role is for Intune administrator with 4-6 years of experience with strong technical background and hands-on experience in both infrastructure implementation, administration, and management. We need the prospective candidate to have below skills:

• Design and implement the Intune policies as per the requirement.
• Managing/creating policies: App protection, App configuration, Device Compliance and configuration profiles.
• Managing and creating the Conditional access policies.
• Managing Devices for Windows, Mac, Linux, iOS and Android with all enrollment methods.
• Managing the Apple APNS certificate and ABM token renewal.
• Managing the Admin account, Roles, Applications, Devices and MDM servers on Apple business manager.
• Application deployment for all type of devices Including the win32 application app deployment for windows devices via Intune and worked with SCCM team.
• Working Knowledge of Azure active directory, Users and Group Creation.
• Working Knowledge of windows Autopilot HAAD setup, Samsung Knox device management, Apple ABM.
• Set Device enrollment restriction, device limit restriction and having knowledge about the endpoint analytic for proactive remediation to resolve the frequent issues on windows machine.
• PowerShell scripting knowledge to automate some windows regular tasks and deploy it via Intune.
•  Maintaining Intune RBAC roles, adding new user to Intune RBAC roles.
• Updating Enrollment Restrictions rules, Device Categories.
• Working experience on Autopatch Quality and feature update
• Testing the new OS release (iOS beta testing) if enrollment and other corporate applications are working fine on new OS.
• Creating the Generic (shared) user account, Groups and license management.
• Maintaining the SOP and End user documents and updating them on continues basis with any new changes and creating new docs for users and support teams.
• Review and clean up the devices entry that are pending retire/wipe, older entry and cleaning the LOB applications which are expired or not in use.
• Knowledge on Security -BitLocker, Baselines, Defender is preferable
• Team-oriented and able to operate with minimal supervision
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills are must

• Relevant Experience: 4 – 6 Years
• Possess and applies knowledge of principles, practices, and procedures of IT infrastructure to the completion of difficult assignments.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and analyze infrastructure problems with speed and efficiency.
• Makes recommendations for changes and implements enhancements of systems.
• Provides continual hands on support in the monitor, use, capacity and performance of Servers and Applications
• Demonstrated ability to take a project through all phases of implementation as well as post-implementation follow-up.
• May train, or assist in the training of, Level 1 System Engineers.

Education

• Academic – B.Tech / M.Tech
• Certification – Microsoft Certification in Modern Desktop / InTune / EndPoint Manager certification will be an added advantage.
