What you'll do
We are looking for an Engineering Manager (x/f/m) to join the Clinical Assistant team in the Clinical & Financial domain.
As an Engineering Manager, your mission will be to work on our AI-powered Clinical Assistant that revolutionizes how healthcare professionals document patient consultations. You will be managing a cross-functional feature team made of Software Engineers, Data Scientists, and Machine Learning Engineers, all focused on delivering innovative solutions that free practitioners from their keyboards and allow them to focus on patient care.
Working in the tech team at Doctolib involves building innovative products and features to improve the daily lives of care teams and patients. We work in feature teams in an agile environment, while collaborating with product, engineering, design, and business teams.
Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Collaborate with product managers, designers, as well as software engineers, machine learning engineers and data experts to define and implement features to improve healthcare access for patients

Take a leading role within the team and contribute to establishing a technical vision that ensures the performance, security, and usability of the application

Take leadership on delivering roadmap items together with your cross-functional team

Partner with talent & people teams to recruit, develop and retain talent

Lead cross-functional initiatives to up-level our engineering team

Who you are

You have at least 8+ years of software engineering experience and 4+ years of management experience

You have experience scaling and leading a technical organization, while implementing best-in-class methodologies

You have experience with TypeScript/React (or you're eager to learn) and you understand the value of testing your code

You have experience with Data focused products / AI / Models

You have best-in-class communication skills to lead a cross-functional team
