We are seeking a results-driven Enterprise Account Executive to drive growth within the mortgage and financial technology sector. In this role, you will manage a portfolio of key accounts, leading the entire sales cycle from prospecting to close while working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver value to customers. You will have the opportunity to influence strategy, create strong client relationships, and contribute to shaping the sales approach for complex SaaS solutions. This role requires a mix of strategic thinking, customer engagement, and strong execution skills in a fast-paced, remote-first environment. Success in this position means enabling financial institutions to streamline operations, improve risk management, and enhance overall efficiency.

Accountabilities:

  • Manage the full sales cycle for enterprise mortgage clients, from prospecting to negotiation and closing deals.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales ops, solutions engineering, and product teams to drive opportunities forward.
  • Deliver compelling presentations and proposals that address the needs of multiple stakeholders in the decision-making process.
  • Mentor and coach junior team members to support regional prospecting and sales activities.
  • Track, report, and forecast sales activity in alignment with management standards.
  • Travel domestically up to 25% to engage with clients and participate in key business meetings.
  • Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
  • 6+ years of solution/value selling experience in the SaaS or fintech space.
  • 3+ years of experience as a top-performing Enterprise Account Executive.
  • Proven track record of hunting and closing new logo accounts.
  • Self-starter with strong organizational skills, capable of managing a pipeline in Salesforce.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, startup or hypergrowth environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to influence multiple stakeholders.
