About the Role:

Camunda is looking for an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to drive growth across key verticals in Portugal and Latin America, including BFSI, Telecommunications, and Retail. In this fully remote role, you’ll help some of the region’s most complex organizations transform how they operate, using Camunda’s market-leading process orchestration platform and the emerging frontier of enterprise agentic automation. You’ll work collaboratively with customers, partners, and internal teams to turn ambitious digital transformation goals into real, measurable outcomes. If you enjoy building trusted relationships, navigating complex enterprise environments, and making a visible impact, this role offers the opportunity to do all of that, at scale.

What you'll be doing:

  •  Own and grow enterprise accounts across assigned verticals in Portugal and Latin America, from initial engagement through long-term partnership

  • Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles, aligning technical, business, and procurement perspectives

  • Work closely with Solution Architects, Customer Success, Marketing, and Partners to deliver cohesive account strategies

  • Position Camunda’s value around process orchestration, automation, and operational resilience to executive and technical audiences

  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline while forecasting accurately and transparently

  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers navigating modernization, compliance, and large-scale automation initiatives

What you bring:

  • 5+ of experience and overachieving quota in Portugal and LATAM in software sales (Enterprises >5,000 employees)

  • 5+ years of experience selling complex IT products or solutions and navigating complex buying centers across business and IT

  • Fluent in Portuguese/Spanish and strong business-level English communication skills (spoken and written)

  • Sales Process Expertise such as MEDDIC or MEDPICC and Value Selling.

  • Examples of successfully selling into IT and Business at C-level within Enterprise accounts

  • A strategic thinker who can create and lead successful execution of Account Plans

  • Proven track record of building new Pipeline generation via outbound campaigns

  • Strong collaborator, innovator and problem solver

  • Familiarity with Portuguese & LATAM markets and cultural business nuances.

  • Exposure to partner-led or ecosystem-driven sales models

  • Experience working in fully remote, cross-functional teams.

  • You’re comfortable conducting C-level meetings and presenting at events on our solution and value propositions

  • You match our FAITH values

Nice to Haves:

  • Experience in process automation and agentic AI

  • Familiarity with the verticals we serve: BFSI, Telco, Public Sector & Retail

What We Have to Offer:

Compensation

We offer competitive, fair, and transparent compensation. Salary ranges are location-based, with Standard and Major markets (global tech hubs) reflecting local competition.

The Annual Total Target Cash (base salary + 100% variable target, where applicable) shown below spans from the minimum in a Standard market to the maximum in a Major market. Final offers depend on skills, experience, and location, and we typically hire in the first half of the range to allow room for growth:

  • United States: $244,600.00 to $394,400.00

  • United Kingdom: £153,600.00 to £252,600.00

  • Singapore: S$303,800.00 to S$455,700.00

If you’re based elsewhere, you’ll be hired via Remote.com (our global employer partner), and your Talent Acquisition Partner will provide a personalized Total Rewards Calculator after your first interview.

Equity: We also offer equity (where applicable) through our Virtual Stock Option Plan (VSOP).
