JOB DESCRIPTION
As an Account Manager on the Account Management team, your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional service to our clients. This includes being proactive, finding solutions, and collaborating with team members to achieve the best results. You will also need to become an expert in our ALIS software to effectively match clients with the right features for their communities. This role is ideal for someone who naturally excels at client engagement.

Review, respond, follow up with clients

Check Calls/Texts/Messages on Dialpad
ALIS Pay Ticket Tracker and follow up items
Check/Update HubSpot
Jira Ticket Grooming
Client Meetings
Trainings
Covering Support Lines
Documentation/Notes consolidation
Attend product management and client services meetings
Monthly Billings Sheet
Review client transitions and cancellations
Client monthly business reviews
Updating Sales Record Data in HubSpot
Proactive Outreach to clients
New Release feature Review
New Release feature roll out and training
Executing on Transitions and Cancellations
Quarterly business reviews with C-Suite Clients
Lead management for organic sales with sales goal
Process contracts per internal process for leads and equipment (cbs) for organic clients
Actively monitor usage / client status calls
Assist with conferences and marketing efforts
Customer Relationship and special projects
Own the Account Management flow across departments
Balance internal projects with external/client facing meetings
Up to 15% Travel
Qualifications
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

About the Company
POSITION OVERVIEW
Salary Range: $80k-$100k
At ALIS, we believe that both cultural alignment and technical expertise are essential. Each stage of the interview process is designed to assess both, and they are given equal consideration in our evaluations. The exact salary will vary based on years of experience and the level of proficiency in both hard and soft skills.

Minimum Years of Experience Required: 5+ years
Working Location: Candidates with 3+ years of experience eligible for in-office, hybrid, or fully remote schedules. Relocation subsidies available. At least 2 visits (per year) to the Chicago headquarters are required. Please note candidates must be able, willing and excited to travel.
*If you are based in the Chicagoland area, you’ll be required to work onsite for your first 90 days. After that, your schedule (in-office, hybrid, or remote) will be determined in alignment with performance and team needs.

Please note that ALIS will reimburse for most expenses related to interview travel. Candidates residing in border states within a four-hour drive or less will be reimbursed for mileage.
