JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES
ALIS is looking to add an Enterprise Sales Executive to help our rapidly growing clients by facilitating the addition of new operators, communities, modules, and other lines of service and also to building and maintaining relationships with stabilized clients.
The right person for this position will be passionate about learning how to leverage the ALIS software to help solve the problems facing assisted living and memory care communities.
Learning the ALIS software to help clients troubleshoot issues and consult on best practices
Conduct regular business development activities to build and grow a book of business
Utilize the CRM to log, document, and and follow up on all deals, opportunities, leads, and contacts
Build relationships with prospective and current clients, including travelling to client sites
Learn the ALIS approaches and processes for managing clients and building relationships
Build and manage a sales pipeline
Travel to industry conferences, events and client meetings ( up to 40% travel)
Proactively perform prospective client outreach
Support the Support and Onboarding teams for managing client needs
Provide additional ALIS training support as needed
Learn other ALIS products (ALIS Pay, ALIS App Store etc.) to support client needs
Participate in cross departmental collaboration to create and optimize company processes related to client services.
Qualifications
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
3-5 years previous experience in an account management/ account executive role OR relevant experience in a related industry

About the Company
POSITION OVERVIEW
Salary range: $115,000.00-$135,000.00 + Commission
At ALIS, we believe that both cultural alignment and technical expertise are essential. Each stage of the interview process is designed to assess both, and they are given equal consideration in our evaluations. The exact salary will vary based on years of experience and the level of proficiency in both hard and soft skills.

Minimum Years of Experience Required: 7 years
Working Location: Candidates with 7 years of experience eligible for in-office, hybrid, or fully remote schedules. Relocation subsidies available. At least 3 visits (per year) to the Chicago headquarters are required, including the final round interview. Please note candidates must be able, willing and excited to travel.
*If you are based in the Chicagoland area, you’ll be required to work onsite for your first 90 days. After that, your schedule (in-office, hybrid, or remote) will be determined in alignment with performance and team needs.

Please note that ALIS will cover most expenses related to interview travel. Candidates residing in border states within a four-hour drive or less will be reimbursed for mileage.
