As an Enterprise Sales Manager, you ensure that the team meets or exceeds sales targets through effective coaching, performance management and process optimization, acting as a bridge between leadership and the sales team, aligning sales strategies with company goals.

Total compensation for this position is between $200,000 - $300,000

Lead, coach and mentor sales reps to achieve sales excellence through instruction and exampleWork with the VP of Sales to develop/execute strategic growth plans for the team and companyStrive to be an industry expert in IT lifecycle space including Enterprise Networking, Collaboration, Data Center and SecurityImplement market and target customer strategies highlighting equal2new value and Sustainable IT Lifecyle Management leading to salesMonitor team pipeline and provide timely, accurate forecast to leadershipCoach sales reps in prospecting, value proposition delivery, negotiation, deal qualification and closing skillsDevelop strong territory and account management plans in conjunction with the Sales repsDirect engagement with customers in the territoryMay have additional responsibility for maintaining direct accountsResponsible for identifying hiring needs, overall recruitment and onboarding of new team members and performance management of existing repsTrack and manage sales measurements that indicate success or challenge areasMaintain consistent and clear lines of communication with other departments to develop and drive businessConduct daily/weekly/monthly sales meetings to ensure success of the territoryInteract with training to ensure team receives appropriate levels of trainingCollaborate with marketing and support efforts to execute and drive campaign effectivenessAchieve strategic goals as assigned
What will make you successful:
