As an ERP Data Engineer, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing data flows related to our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems. This role is crucial in ensuring seamless data integration between ERP systems and other applications, allowing for enhanced data-driven decision-making across our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain data integration processes to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from ERP systems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into effective data models and integration strategies.
- Monitor data quality and implement data governance practices to ensure the accuracy and integrity of ERP data.
- Provide support for data analytics and reporting initiatives by ensuring that relevant data is accessible and well-structured.
Requirements
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in data engineering, with a focus on ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Monitor, NetSuite).
- Experience with data integration tools and technologies.
- Solid understanding of data governance principles and best practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of working effectively with cross-functional teams.
