Customer Consultant (Estimation Engineers)

The purpose of the Customer Consultant is to consult and provide technical support for every stakeholder. Architects, Engineers, Fabricators, end-Customers, and colleagues.

Ø  Formulate construction designs through AutoCAD for further supporting the project design.                                

Ø  Conduct static studies for the appropriate profile selection during the study of the project.                                   

Ø  Receive phone calls from external and internal customers (end customers included) and support them.                  

Ø  Collaborate with the market development department regarding the projects that need technical support.

Ø  Engage with specialized project designs.                                                                                                          

Ø  Settle and train for AlumilCal.                                                                                                                 

Ø  Identify and satisfy clients’ needs.                                                                                                                        

Ø  Maintain and enhance the relationship with end customers after purchase.                                                                   

Ø  Comply with the data entry process for projects on the CRM.                                                                                 

Ø  Inform the market development department with regards to inbound large-scale projects.                                    

Ø  Visit the construction sites for technical support.

Ø  Degree in Engineering

Ø  Excellent use of the English language

Ø  Excellent knowledge of AUTOCAD (2D and 3D) software, MS Office
