Estimation Engineer - Senior

Premium Solutions Consultancy is looking for a qualified Senior Estimation Engineer to join our client's team in Saudi Arabia. This role requires a highly skilled professional with a strong background in construction and project estimation to lead estimating efforts for various projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare comprehensive and accurate cost estimates for various construction projects.
• Lead the estimation process for large-scale projects, ensuring compliance with all relevant standards and regulations.
• Work closely with project managers, architects, and engineers to develop estimates based on project requirements.
• Conduct thorough analysis of technical specifications, drawings, and proposed projects.
• Review vendor and subcontractor proposals and quote submissions.
• Assist in the preparation of tender submissions and bid presentations.
• Monitor market trends and prices to ensure estimates are competitive and accurate.
• Mentor and train junior estimation staff as necessary.
• Provide input for project budgets and assist in financial forecasting.

Hiring for our client in KSA Estimation Engineer – Senior as below:

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering

• 12+ years of experience “as Estimation Engineer”

• Previous working experience in KSA

• Experience in Construction & Contractor companies (not consultancy)

Working days: 5 days with alternative Saturdays

Working Hours: 8 hrs.

SAR 13,500 to 19,020
