In this role, you will be responsible for assisting our Estonian-speaking clients with their inquiries, ensuring they receive top-notch assistance and support throughout their experience with our services. Your fluency in Estonian will be vital in helping us maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Assist Estonian-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat
• Provide relevant information and support regarding our products and services
• Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
• Collaborate with team members to resolve complex customer inquiries
• Guide customers in optimizing their experience with our offerings
• Collect feedback to inform service improvements
• Engage in training sessions to stay updated on product developments and best practices

Requirements

• Fluency in Estonian and English, both written and spoken
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills
• Experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• A friendly and approachable demeanor with a customer-focused attitude
• Ability to manage time effectively and multitask efficiently
• Willingness to relocate to Greece and embrace a new culture
