About the Role
We’re hiring an Executive Assistant to provide high-leverage support to senior leadership by managing complex calendars, coordinating travel and meetings, and keeping priorities and follow-ups moving. You’ll act as a trusted partner who brings structure, anticipates needs, and removes friction so the executive(s) can focus on the highest-impact work. This role requires excellent judgment, discretion, and the ability to operate calmly in a fast-paced environment.
Basic Qualifications:
Some experience supporting senior leaders (VP/Director level or above); experience in a fast-paced org preferred
Expert calendar management (multi-timezone, conflicting priorities, exec-level judgment)
Strong travel planning and logistics coordination (domestic + international)
Excellent written and verbal communication; polished stakeholder management
High attention to detail and strong follow-through; reliable task tracking
Ability to prioritize under ambiguity, anticipate needs, and protect exec time
High discretion/confidentiality and sound judgment
Comfortable with common tools (Google Workspace/Microsoft, Slack, Zoom, scheduling/expense tools)

The salary range for this position is $105,000- $130,000 per year, depending on experience, skills, qualifications, and location. This range represents our good faith estimate of the compensation for this role at the time of posting. Total compensation may also include equity in the form of stock options.
