Salary and Benefits

• Base Salary: up to $8000 USD per month including housing and transport allowance total package ( Salary is negotiable)

• Annual Leave: 30 days paid vacation + flight home

About the Job

The company is looking for an Executive Chef to lead its culinary operations, develop innovative, health-focused menus, and ensure exceptional food quality. The ideal candidate will have experience in organic, nutritious, and grab-and-go cuisine, strong knowledge of food trends, and the ability to establish standardized recipes for future franchising.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Corporate Chef, Executive Chef, or R&D Chef in a healthy, organic, or fast-casual concept.

• Strong knowledge of current food trends, nutrition, and sustainable sourcing

• Experience in kitchen setup, menu engineering, and operational efficiency

• Proven leadership skills with a track record of hiring and developing teams

• Ability to balance creativity with cost control and operational feasibility

• Experience working in Saudi Arabia or the GCC region (preferred, not required)
