Position Overview

ESO is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Executive Director of Enterprise Hospital Accounts to lead our efforts in securing corporate-level contracts with the nation’s top 50 health systems. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Sales, this senior-level role will be pivotal in driving strategic relationships with key decision-makers at health systems while collaborating closely with our regional Account Executives to ensure a comprehensive approach to winning hospital business.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Relationship Management: 
    • Establish and nurture executive-level relationships with the top 50 health systems to position ESO as a trusted partner.
  • Corporate-Level Contract Negotiations: 
    • Drive the process for securing enterprise-level agreements across target accounts.
  • Collaborative Sales Strategy: 
    • Partner with regional Account Executives to align on a coordinated “top-down” and “bottom-up” approach to engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Market Insights: 
    • Stay informed on healthcare trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to tailor ESO’s value proposition.
  • Account Planning: 
    • Develop and execute strategic account plans to ensure long-term success and account growth.
  • Internal Collaboration: 
    • Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment on account strategies and deliverables.
  • Revenue Growth: 
    • Achieve and exceed revenue and growth targets through strategic account acquisition and expansion.

 

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of securing and managing enterprise-level agreements with large health systems.
  • Extensive experience in healthcare SaaS sales, with a strong understanding of hospital and health system operations.
  • Exceptional relationship-building and influencing skills at the C-suite level.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead a complex sales process and manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with regional sales teams and internal departments.
  • Analytical and strategic mindset with the ability to translate market insights into actionable strategies.
  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in business or healthcare administration preferred.
