Executive Operations Coordinator

Romazzino, a Belmond Hotel in the breathtaking Costa Smeralda, is seeking a talented Executive Operations Coordinator for the 2026 season.

In this role, you will support the General Manager in overseeing daily hotel operations, ensuring that every department runs smoothly and consistently meets Belmond’s high standards.

You will monitor key performance indicators, analyze operational results, and implement improvements to maintain the exceptional quality and seamless service that define the Belmond experience.

Main Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in the daily supervision of hotel operations, ensuring consistency with Belmond standards.
• Ensure compliance with LQA quality standards.
• Analyze operational and qualitative KPIs and prepare reports for management.

Requirements

• Experience, even brief, in operational or coordination roles in luxury hotels.
• Knowledge of hotel operations and key operational processes.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in multicultural environments.
• Highest level of discretion, reliability, and sense of responsibility.
• Excellent command of Italian and English; additional languages are a plus.
