Responsibilities of the Executive Sales Assistant:
Your responsibilities include:

- Manage and organize the sales funnel to ensure no lead falls through the cracks
- Conduct lead generation and outreach targeting schools, athletic directors, and church networks
- Use AI tools (like Gemini) to personalize outreach messages in the foundersβ voice and tone
- Nurture leads through consistent communication and timely follow-up
- Manage LinkedIn and email messaging on behalf of the founders.
- Track all interactions, updates, and progress within the CRM system

π Calendar & Meeting Coordination
- Schedule 2β3 new meetings per day with high-value contacts
- Prepare call briefs and background summaries on prospects
- Coordinate logistics, confirmations, and reschedules efficiently
- Coordinate travel and event logistics when applicable

- Manage inboxes and communication channels for both founders.
- Draft, organize, and send timely responses to inquiries and client messages
- Build and maintain spreadsheets, reports, and outreach trackers
- Create and update SOPs, task guides, and internal workflow documentation
- Support daily administrative tasks that free up the foundersβ time and focus
