About the Role
As a Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in running the store smoothly, ensuring our team delivers top-notch service and fresh, quality food every time. You’ll be responsible for:
· Lead and support team members during shifts
· Train, coach, and motivate staff to deliver top performance
· Foster a positive and inclusive team culture
· Assist in rostering and managing shift coverage
· Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures
· Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
· Assist in managing stock levels, ordering supplies, and reducing waste
· Support the Restaurant Manager in achieving sales targets and KPIs
· Ensure the store follows all health, safety, and compliance regulations
· Maintain cleanliness and organization in all areas of the restaurant
· Act as the key point of contact between team members and management
· Provide shift reports and updates on store performance
· Assist in implementing new policies and procedures
Qualifications
What we’re looking for
Strong and demonstrated supervisor experience
Leadership skills; motivating and leading a young team
Strong customer service skills
Understanding and ability to enforce food safety regulations
Flexibility and able to adapt to change
Attention to detail to ensure the store is clean and in good running order
Training and development experience (Desirable)
Motivation to keep your team motivated and on task
Ability to work as a team with a friendly attitude and a genuine passion for the fast food industry

Mandatory Requirements
- Food Safety Certificate - I'm Alert Food Safety Course - FREE online
- Working rights - passport and visa grant for international workers
- RSA Certificate to be obtained within 30 days of commencing employment
