Your Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with both candidates and hiring managers to ensure a seamless recruitment process.
• Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer negotiation, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in recruitment and provide insights to improve our processes and strategies.
• Provide regular updates and reports to the management team on recruitment activities and candidate progress.

Requirements
