• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers to ensure a seamless recruitment process.
• Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from crafting compelling job descriptions to negotiating offers and closing candidates.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and deliver customized solutions.
• Stay updated on the latest industry trends to continuously refine our recruitment practices.
• Provide regular insights and updates to the management team on recruitment activities and progress.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a recruiter with a successful track record in identifying and placing candidates across multiple industries.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with candidates and hiring teams.
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and tools, adaptable to different hiring scenarios.
• Proficient organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
