Key Responsibilities

• Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in clients.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on client assessments.
• Conduct therapy sessions that target communication goals, utilizing evidence-based practices.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to support client progress.
• Monitor client progress and adjust therapy plans as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.
• Educate clients and families on communication strategies and techniques to encourage practice outside of sessions.
• Stay current with best practices and advancements in speech therapy.

Requirements

• A relevant degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
• Proven experience as a Speech Therapist, with a strong portfolio of client success stories.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient and compassionate approach.
• Understanding of various speech and language disorders and treatment methodologies.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
• Willingness to relocate to Ireland and adapt to a new cultural setting.
• Familiarity with technology and software used for speech therapy documentation is advantageous.
• Relevant certifications and professional licenses required to practice in Ireland.
