Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities

  • Outlet Ownership: Are you ready to lead one of the most iconic spaces within the hotel? You’ll oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional service, smooth coordination, and a consistently high standard of hospitality that reflects the quality of the property.
  • Guest Experience Excellence: Do you thrive on delivering refined, memorable dining experiences? You’ll be the point of reference for all front-of-house interactions—welcoming guests, handling feedback, and making sure every moment at the table is seamless, personal, and enjoyable.
  • Team Leadership: Are you a leader who brings out the best in others? You’ll manage and motivate your team with confidence and care, ensuring everyone understands their role and delivers at their highest potential. You’ll create a positive, service-oriented culture, in close collaboration with the kitchen and hotel departments.
  • Operational Efficiency: Can you manage service flow with precision and calm under pressure? From team schedules and floor planning to service preparation and coordination, you’ll keep every detail under control to guarantee flawless operations, even at peak hours.
  • Sales & Performance: Do you combine service excellence with a business mindset? You’ll track performance metrics, identify improvement areas, and implement strategies to increase guest satisfaction and revenue—without compromising quality or guest experience.
  • Inventory & Cost Control: Are you financially aware and operationally sharp? You’ll manage stock, control orders, maintain supplier relationships, and reduce waste—ensuring that quality is upheld while staying aligned with budget targets.
  • Brand & Experience Representation: Can you translate brand values into every service detail?You’ll ensure the outlet reflects the hotel’s identity in every aspect—from the ambiance and presentation to the language and attitude of your team. You set the tone, always.
  • Core Competencies

  • Fluent in English and Italian – both written and spoken
  • Previous experience in a restaurant within a high-end hotel or similar environment
  • At least 1 year of experience in the hospitality sector
  • Passion for hospitality, food & beverage, and delivering top-level guest experiences
  • Proven leadership in roles such as Chef de Partie, Supervisor, or Assistant Manager
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • A refined eye for detail, service style, and presentation
  • Solid understanding of food safety, hygiene protocols, and service standards
  • Stamina and resilience to handle demanding service hours
  • A collaborative mindset—you lead the team, but you’re part of it too
