Meraki Group is looking for a detail-oriented Facade Contract Administrator to oversee and manage contractual agreements for our façade projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in handling contracts within the construction industry, with a focus on façade systems. You will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and managing risks associated with façade contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, and negotiate façade contracts, ensuring clarity and compliance with both company policies and legal requirements.
  • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure timely execution and adherence to contractual terms.
  • Monitor contract performance and manage discrepancies or disputes that may arise throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation related to contract agreements, amendments, and communication with vendors.
  • Assist in cost management and budget control by tracking expenditures related to contracts.
  • Provide training and support to project teams regarding contract administration processes and requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and safety standards in contracting activities.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in contract administration, particularly in the façade and construction sector.
  • Strong understanding of construction contracts, contractual law, and risk management principles.
  • Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with BIM and other construction management tools is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with teams and build effective relationships with stakeholders.
